About Us
Pearson Builders is a home building contractor that offers residential construction, custom home construction, custom home design and more.
Warren was born in Melrose and has lived on the North Shore most of his life. Warren used to work with his Dad and Grandfather when he was a young boy doing kitchen renovations and carpentry.
Warren has been in his own business since a few months before the birth of our oldest son 35 years ago. He is experienced in all types of building from frame to finish.
Warren experience in carpentry started when he was in his early 20’s building subdivisions in the Denver, Colorado suburbs. Before going out on his own, Warren worked for construction companies on the North Shore of Massachusetts doing steel framing and renovations on Brownstones in Boston. Warren has worked on projects ranging from building sheds and decks to framing and siding housing and condominium projects
Warren specializes in framing. He draws his own plans utilizing his experience from framing everything from condo’s to homes to garages and additions, saving customers thousands on architects. Warren listens to what the customer wants and translates their needs into a set of plans that they can afford, not a wish i could have that addition but can’t afford it saving the customer both time and money.
Warren’s has experience in all aspects of building and renovation from frame to turn key. Warren is fully licensed and insured and carries his home improvement contractors license as well as an unrestricted construction supervisor’s license.
Jimmy is a 2009 graduate of Franklin Pierce College in Rindge NH. Jimmy has been working with his dad since high school working summers during school and full time since he graduated from college.
